Terms & Conditions
User Eligibility
Only registered businesses may open Credibiz profiles. Users must provide accurate company and identity documents for verification (Aadhaar, PAN, GST where applicable).
Prohibited Conduct
- No falsifying documents or impersonation.
- No defamatory or malicious reviews or notices.
- No automated scraping or unauthorized data export.
Verification & KYC
Credibiz verifies documents through permitted government channels and third-party vendors. Verification updates may affect Trust Scores.
Reviews, Notices & Disputes
Only the party that requested profile access may submit a review or issue a notice related to a deal. Parties may raise disputes; Credibiz provides a timeline and evidence-preservation tools — final resolutions remain between the businesses unless escalated legally.
Data Use & Privacy
We store and process business documents and deal metadata to compute Trust Scores and enable platform features. Personal data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
Liability & Limits
Credibiz provides informational trust signals, not financial advice. We are not liable for third-party decisions based on platform data.
Code of Conduct
- Be truthful: Provide accurate descriptions of your business, invoices, and payment history.
- Be professional: Use civil language in reviews and communications.
- Respect privacy: Only request or share information permitted by law and platform policy.
- Use notices responsibly: Notices are legal-leaning communications — misuse may lead to account suspension.
- No retaliation: Retaliatory reviews or access denials after disputes are prohibited.
Consequences: warnings, restricted functionality, removal of content, or account suspension for repeat or serious violations.
